We are assisting our client – one of the world leading direct sell cosmetics companies with sales in over 60 countries that offering a complete range of high quality skincare, fragrances and colour cosmetics, in looking for talents for the post of Warehouse Pick & Pack Manager as following detail:

Job Title: Warehouse Pick & Pack Manager

Report to: Operation Manager

Location: Phu Nhuan District, HCMC

Salary: Negotiable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Implement Pick-Pack & bar code project in CWH and all other branches
  • E-invoice
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Supervise the activities of general warehouse operations by maintain a clear and safe environment while being compliant with Company and Governement Safety Guideline
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Control warehouse staff efficiency

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience in using systems (Supply Chain systems) as well as upload/extract files from the systems Min 2-5 years
  • Fluently in English, and good in computer skills, experience with WHS (warehouse management systems)
  • University Graduation, Computer competence such as Excels, Windows,…and daily reports in KPI/ Index as inquired with correct & sufficient ways.
  • Swift/amiable, “can do” attitude and supportive to teamers/others
  • Honest, Independent, creative, on-time, work load pressure endurance
  • Logically & rationally in working

BENEFITS:

  • Quarterly bonus: maximum 80% monthly salary if sales force target is reached and paid out for staff who has working period from 6 months and up.
  • Annual 13rd salary is applied for staff with 6 months working for the Company at least.
  • Social insurance is applied in full and monthly covered 31.5% by Company (not deduct from staff’s salary), staff only contributes 1% unemployment insurance as law.
  • Health insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for all staff.
  • Tel allowance is 300k/month after probation.
  • Salary is increased annual in Jan for 6 months working and up.
  • Labor Union organization is set up.
  • Working hours: 9:00-18:00 from Mon to Fri and morning of Sat.
