RESPONSIBILITIES

Working Department: Finance & Accounting

Report to: CFO

• Oversee the local accounting and financial reporting function

• Provide direction and decision in the accounting and financial reporting issues

• Review, approve and sign-off all financial reporting statements

• Review, approve and sign-off local statutory and tax fillings

• Review, budget, control and manage expenses

• Analysis earnings drivers. Provide insights to management on ways to improve the company’s financial performance

• Liaise and communicate with regional counter part

• Deal with MOF, various auditors (Tax, Financial statement, internal) and other external parties (e.g. banks)

• Ensure compliance with local, regional accounting standards and all regulations

• Ensure proper internal control on day to day activities

• Monitor the liquidity and solvency

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree

• Have at least 8 years experiencing in management position

• Accounting software: SAP, SUN system…

• ACCA

• Have Microsoft office: Excel, Access, Word

• Team work

• Leadership skill

• Time management skill

• Project management
