RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to: Key Acc Manager• Develop customer plans and negotiate with customers (circa 50 customers)
• Visit RLA customers fortnightly to build outlet relationships with all staff and check QDVPPP compliance
• Train and inspire outlet staff on Reserve portfolio
• Activate The Bar Growth Drivers through customer base

• Deliver killer metrics (menu share) and financial goals
• Menu Share (50%)

REQUIREMENTS
• Product Mastery
• Strong Customer Management
