RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to: Key Acc Manager

• Develop customer plans and negotiate with customers (circa 50 customers)

• Visit RLA customers fortnightly to build outlet relationships with all staff and check QDVPPP compliance

• Train and inspire outlet staff on Reserve portfolio

• Activate The Bar Growth Drivers through customer base

- Staff Recommendation

- Menu Share

- Standout visibility

• Deliver killer metrics (menu share) and financial goals

• Menu Share (50%)

• Financial Delivery (50%)

REQUIREMENTS

• Product Mastery

• Strong Customer Management

• Passion for execution detail

• Ability to relationship with different type/level of people

• Stability in role –5yrs+
